A warm welcome for families
The staff treated us like family, especially Silvana at reception who made our check-in effortless and warm. We loved the spacious family room, perfect for the kids!
One unpleasant moment occurred during dinner when we were asked to keep our kids quiet despite the lively atmosphere. It felt a bit out of place in a family hotel, which dampened the experience.

missingWrote a review on 11 Jul
The indoor pool is perfectly maintained with a comfortable temperature, and it opens at 7 AM—ideal for early risers. The Spa area is tastefully designed, offering a relaxing ambiance and professional therapists that elevates the treatment experience.
The room I stayed in had a buzzing issue from the fuse box that was noticeable at night, making it hard to sleep. On top of that, the room temperature was hard to control. it got quite hot, especially on warmer days, indicating a need for air conditioning. I noticed that the toiletries provided weren’t sufficient for two people, which was a bit of an inconvenience. There was also confusion regarding meal package details at dinner, creating unnecessary delays when trying to settle dinner arrangements.
